Gymkhana and Dog Show

Every August since 1946, the Tarrant Gunville Horse Show and Gymkhana has presented an enduring tableau of rural England. The Show was started after the war to provide an annual activity for local children. It has been held continuously since then, in the grounds of Eastbury House by kind permission of the Farquharson family and is unchanged in character and tradition. Proceeds from the Show are donated to local charities.

These are a few of the many exhilarating course obstacles. There are lots of different jumps with an extended course for the Open class.

We now have 3 Cross Country classes, starting with the Open class (2’9″ – 3′), followed by Novice class (2’3″ – 2’6), and a Mini class (1’3″) which may be led.
